Clinic Information
The initial consultation lasts approximately an hour, during which I will ask a series of questions to get an overview of your general health and discuss the symptoms that you would like to address. I would also usually take your blood pressure and pulse and may do other physical examinations, such as using a stethoscope to listen to your lungs, if relevant to your health concerns.
I will then provide some recommendations and guidance and may give you a herbal tea to take home initially.
Herbal medicines will be tailored specifically to your individual needs and may include a tincture, which is an alcohol extract, capsules, a tea blend, herbal salve or cream. These will either be delivered to you, or can be left in a safe space for collection.
I offer a free 15 minute exploratory call, where we can discuss this in more detail, allowing you to discover whether herbal medicine is right for you.

It is also possible to arrange online consultations if you are unable to travel, or for convenience, and this may be particularly appropriate for follow-up appointments. A brief description of consultation types is provided below.
