Herb walks
These involve short walks exploring the medicinal plants that are growing around us.
Herbal Medicine Workshops
Workshops provide a hands-on experience, where you will gain an understanding of the practical uses of herbs and make your own seasonal remedies.

Would you like to learn about the medicinal herbs growing all around us?
Come join Katherene and Karen, both qualified medical herbalists, for a short stroll along the canal and Quakers Walk. We will highlight medicinal herbs and discuss their properties and uses. You will also have chance to enjoy a tea make from some of the herbs we will see along the walk. An informative handout is provided for you to take home.
